Refund policy

We are really proud to say our jewellery is high quality and great for all lifestyles.

No refunds or returns will be accepted on discounted, on sale or promotional items. 

For hygiene purposes, earrings can't be returned or exchanged unless they're defective. We only provide refunds for faulty items. Ring sizes are clearly indicated, and we don't accept returns or refunds due to sizing issues. If you're not satisfied with your purchase and want to exchange it for something different, we're happy to organize a courier for collection and issue you an online digital store voucher or exchange it but you will need to pay for the courier fee both ways. 

  • Every item is thoroughly inspected before shipping to catch any manufacturing defects, but occasionally something might slip through. If you receive a defective item, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. A “Defective Product” refers to any material flaw in the manufacturing or design that makes the item less acceptable, useful, or safe than you would reasonably expect. If this is the case, we'll arrange for a courier to collect the item and send you a replacement at no charge.

All returns need to be registered within 7 days of your order delivery. The items must be in their original packaging, with labels still attached. Rebel Rhode is not liable for the upkeep of your jewellery. Our jewellery is high quality and shouldn't tarnish but to help preserve the colour, we recommend keeping your Rebel Rhode pieces away from the following:

- Dishwashing soap

- Any Harsh Chemicals

- Perfumes and lotions

- Hair Care products

No refunds or returns are given for this reason or the turning of your jewellery color caused by skins oils.

Each person's skin is unique, and some might have adverse reactions to gold plating—it’s beyond our control. Due to this, and because natural skin oils may alter the color of your jewelry, we don't offer refunds or returns for these issues.
